Erin Rubio

Erin’s role is to help the lab’s research and outreach activities run smoothly. She aims to support lab members in a variety of ways, including securing honey bees, maintaining apiary equipment, and assisting with outreach efforts. She also contributes to Extension programming and initiatives that connect research with communities. Erin holds a B.S. in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State (1992) and an M.A. in Geography with an emphasis on rural development and GIS from Western Illinois University (1998).
