
Thomas is a master’s student in organismal biology and ecology at the University of Mons (UMons) and has a bachelor’s degree in biology, also from the University of Mons. His research focuses on the taxonomy, ecology and conservation of Halictus/Seladonia from the Palearctic region and other Halictini genera worldwide. His research carried out in the López-Uribe Lab is focused on the integrative taxonomy of Xenoglossa pruinosa following the discovery of different genetically different lineages.
